VINIFICATION
Temperature controlled between 15 and 18°C; the must of Sangiovese is drained from the skins and lies on fine lees for some months after alcoholic fermentation with recurrent batonnages.

GASTRONOMY
It pairs well with starters, first courses and white meat, pasta dishes with fish, shellfish.
