MONTETORDO

WINE
BIANCO
DRY
SPARKLING

VINIFICATION
Temperature controlled fermentation between 15 and 16°C is followed by a short refining in stainless steel vats and then by an early bottling which catches the full varietal freshness.

GASTRONOMY
The Chardonnay fullness and the Pinot Grigio fragrance give birth to an easy to drink wine, also thanks to its moderate alcoholicity; it's a very versatile wine ideal as aperitif. It matches starters, risotto with vegetables or pasta dishes with fish, fish main courses and white meat.
